The game is immersive and seamless when traveling to each region of Greece. Many trophies unlock with game progression, but you need to be as keen as Icaros to spot some hidden achievements and more challenging endeavors to unlock the Platinum.

I’m excited to go over the core fifty trophies with you! I have first-hand experience unlocking them all, and it was a blast from the past. Specifically, 431 B.C, in case you were wondering. Unlocking trophies naturally enrich your gameplay and help you experience everything Odyssey has to offer, which is a ton. I’m confident you can get through this quickly, and the best part is you won’t have to worry about completing the game with more severe difficulty. Walkthrough for Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Trophies

Step 1: Successfully Complete Your Epic Odyssey

When you start off in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, expect your journey to be a long one, because there are many smaller quests that need to be completed to gain access to higher-level challenges. The first step in your journey is to complete the campaign and unlock any story-based trophies that come with the territory. It will take around 40-50 hours to complete it, depending on your playstyle. The one trophy you must get in your playthrough is Aphrodite’s Embrace because this is missable. Completing the game gives you access to end-game tasks.

Trophies You earn by completing the Game

  • An Odyssey in the Making
  • Past Mistakes
  • Evil Unearthed
  • The Bright Minds
  • From The Ashes
  • Democracy Falls
  • Legend in the Making
  • Taking Back Athens
  • Odyssey’s End
  • Make it your own
  • Shiny!
  • Birthright
  • Scourge of the Aegean
  • Blood Sport
  • Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
  • Aphrodite’s Embrace

Step 2: Get the Questline Trophies Out of the Way

Everybody Benefits: Marco's Questline
Image from Wiki Fandom

There are a total of five questlines to look out for when completing this section. These can be fairly long yet are enjoyable additions to the main game. These can optionally be completed during the story if you prefer. I did that, and it psychologically lessened the load when pursuing the endgame trophies.  Here are the trophies and associated quests you need to complete fully:

  • Everybody Benefits: Marco’s Questline
  • Trust me, I’m a Doctor: Hippocrates Questline
  • A pirate’s life for me: Xenia Questline
  • Master of the Hunt: Daughters of Artemis Questline
  • Going for the Gold: The Olympic Questline

Step 3: Complete All Underwater Areas and Visit All Subregions

Statue of Poseidon
Image from Wiki Fandom

First thing’s first, go for Hermes’ Homie and visit all the subregions. Your map will display some gray areas that can be explored, and don’t forget about the elusive islands! As you uncover each area, explore all the underwater spots to make that future task smoother. Some of them aren’t visible on the map unless you discover them, but it’s fun to enjoy the game more while searching. This is a gigantic map and requires patience when unlocking these 42 underwater locations and plundering them fully! There’s a reason why only 29.73% of players have platinum. Odyssey isn’t a hard game to complete, but it takes dedication and a strong resolve to complete.

Trophies to earn:

  • Herme’s Homie
  • Child of Poseidon

Step 4: Conquer the Arena and Solidify Yourself as the First Mercenary!

Phepka Arena
Image from Wiki Fandom

You can find the Arena on the Island of Pephka which is on the southeast area of your map. This must be completed fully and I recommend getting your character maxed to level fifty before completing it so you’re prepared. If you are under-leveled then this step will be frustrating and potentially time-consuming trying multiple times. You are also targeting some mercenaries who present themselves as challenges in the Arena, but some are located in the world as well. They need to be killed at a higher level than you to earn Top of the Food Chain.

Trophies to earn:

  • Are you not entertained?
  • Top of the Food chain

Step 5: Discover Atlantis to Locate and Defeat the Four World Bosses

Atlantis
Image from Wiki Fandom

“A Family’s Legacy” quest on Thera Island will lead you to Atlantis where you can begin your hunt for the four world bosses. Each one will unlock specific trophies, and it’s recommended that you be above level 45 because they’re challenging. Here are the bosses and their respective trophies:

  • In Perseus’s Image: Slay Medusa
  • Eye on the Prize: Kill Cyclops
  • Riddle Me This: Solve the riddles of the Sphinx
  • A-maze-ing Victory: Defeat the Minotaur

Step 6: Hunt Down and Defeat the Cultists

Cultists
Image from Wiki Fandom

Click on each cultist to reveal their elusive locations while browsing through the cultist menu. They are found through quests, hidden clues, and story progression. The clues are imperative for revealing them and once they’re found out you can hunt them down on your map one by one to their dismay. This task will take you a few hours, but it’s rewarding to unlock the hidden legendary set.

Trophies to earn:

  • The cult unmasked
  • One head down
  • Legacy Restored

Step 7: Max Out by Reaching Level 50

Message Board
Image from Wiki Fandom

Simply by pursuing the trophy list, you’ll be leveling up quicker than normal, and there are many ways to progress quickly if you need a few more to hit fifty. Side quests and conquests are your best bet for increasing your level. The Arena is also excellent for getting a quick 70,000XP for short battles after you beat it the first time. Message boards are full of contracts to keep you a busy Misthios and get to level fifty quickly. Combining these options means you won’t get bored!

Trophies to earn:

  • Demigod

Step 8: Deck the Adrestria Out With Max Upgrades

Adrestia
Image from Wiki Fandom

More than likely, you will have some work to do towards upgrading your ship fully. Start by farming the right materials from hunting, destroying enemy ships, and uncovering ancient tablets, which can be found in ruins and through the occasional blacksmith. This will take several hours to complete.

Trophies to earn:

  • Lord of the Seas

Step 9: A Final Sweep of the Miscellaneous Tasks Around the World

Now it’s time to go through your list and tackle some of the miscellaneous trophies you may have missed. Conduct a final sweep and reference their description to finish up your Assassin’s Creed Odyssey Platinum! You should have all the lengthy trophies completed by now, and it’s going to be thrilling to finally see that hard-earned trophy pop up!

Miscellaneous Trophies to earn:

  • You work for me now
  • I am Legend
  • Godly Power
  • Stink Eye
  • The Argonauts
  • Ramming Speed
  • I have the power
  • War Master
  • Misthios in Training

Even if you don’t like water missions, Odyssey will surprise you with some fun locations. It involves completing every underwater area, which means finding all the associated items to unlock an XP reward. The most important thing to note regarding this challenge is that not all objectives are in the sea. Some underwater locations involve small lakes or ponds. The best way to discover these locations is to send Icaros into the air to decipher each region, taking one area at a time. Not all spots are marked, and you’ll need to explore the terrain to find them. You’ll gain the “Child Of Poseidon” trophy if you loot all underwater locations.

Make It Your Own

Odyssey features an advanced and immersive weapon system where you can engrave items with slots and make them more powerful. Speak to any blacksmith, and they will upgrade your item with an engravement that improves base statistics, including damage and armor. Note that a blacksmith is not the same as a merchant, and they can drastically improve your game performance. It’s cheap to get one engraved and quickly unlocked right after the purchase.

You must recruit a Legendary NPC to board and guide your vessel on the open ocean for this trophy. You can sneak up to any legendary officer and knock them out. From there, you can recruit them. Once on your side, open up the Adrestria menu and assign him to the lieutenant status. He officially works for you, and you have a valuable legendary asset joining your crew.

I Am Legend

This trophy seems intimidating at first, but a secret is that you can naturally unlock it by completing the Kult Of Kosmos assassinations. There is one piece of legendary armor across six cultists who carry them. Of course, nothing stops you from exploring and finding other legendary sets. Fully equip yourself with legendary weapons and armor for the trophy to unlock.

On the Island of Pephka, you’ll find an arena where you can compete to be the best. You must become the champion of the Arena to unlock this achievement. While progressing through the story, you’ll attain the mission to travel there and take on numerous challenges. Here’s the thing, you can’t pursue this at a low level, or you will surely die. There are enemies at level fifty that will run you into the ground if you are ill-prepared. I suggest just waiting until you’re level 50 and feel confident in gameplay mechanics. Defeat waves of enemies and their respective bosses to become the champion and unlock “Are You not entertained?

Demigod

Demigod

  • Rarity Level: Bronze
  • Player Earned Percentage: 50.13%

Reaching level fifty is the main goal to unlock the Demigod achievement. The leveling process is much quicker if you’re going for all the trophies. Kill enemies, complete quests, and thoroughly search locations to get bonuses. My advice is to let this one unfold organically without worrying about it. It will happen if you’re simply playing the game and pursuing the other goals.

Godly Power

Reach the final third tier in any active ability to unlock Godly power. Active abilities can be used to enhance your combat skills and handle larger groups of enemies. Go to the Island of Andros to upgrade your spear to level six. You should be at level fifty before pursuing this challenge. It involves becoming a top-tier mercenary. Look at the menu and open the mercenaries tab to view your opposition. There are nine tiers to climb and five mercenaries per tier. If you defeat a higher rank, you take their place and grow in reputation. Exekias the Legend is your final challenge who sits comfortably in tier one at level 50. As a final test of your dominance and strength, slay him with no mercy to unlock the trophy.

The Cult Unmasked

  • Rarity Level: Silver
  • Player Earned Percentage: 44.12%

Don’t worry about the Cult until you get to episode three because they aren’t unlocked until then. Open up the menu and examine the cultists. You can discover clues to reveal their identity and location. Follow all the clues to hunt them down and kill them one at a time. Solutions for clues are in the main missions and side quests. It will take some time with a meticulous approach to unearthing them. You’re doing everyone in the Greek world a favor by eradicating these vermin. The final cultists are unveiled during the last story mission. The trophy will unlock once every target is confirmed dead.

Stink Eye

Stink Eye

  • Rarity Level: Bronze
  • Player Earned Percentage: 40.56%

During the prologue, you inserted an obsidian eye into a goat to keep it safe. Eventually, you’ll have to fight the Cyclops and leave the island to do other missions. To get this trophy, you must return to Kephallonia and find that forsaken goat with the obsidian eye again. Be advised there will not be a mission market, which requires a keen eye to discover your lost friend. The Lightning Zeus statue is an excellent place to travel because there are goats there to kill at random. One of them will have the obsidian eye to complete “Stink Eye.” This trophy made me laugh while unlocking.

Hermes’s Homie

The map of Greece is covered with fog and requires you to unveil the different sections. Hermes’s Homie is somewhat tedious, but I tried to see the positives of enjoying every area with stunning realism. Pinpoint which areas are fogged on the map and visit them physically to reveal them. Note that you must uncover the smaller islands if you don’t see the trophy unlocking when expected. Kradia Isle is a location that most players have been missing, and I’ll admit it’s very elusive.

Discover Atlantis and speak to Pathagoras, who will bestow on you the quest of recovering the four keys. These are representative of mythical beasts, of which medusa is a boss. Take a trip to the island of Lesbos at the top right corner of your map. The petrified temple will initiate some quests that lead you to the Medusa battle. “Romancing the Stone Garden” is the quest to start, and it’s south of the temple. These quests lead to unlocking the temple to beat her, and you should be approaching level 50 to stand a chance. This is one of the game’s most captivating and exciting boss battles, so enjoy!

Sink one, and it will unlock the achievement soon after. “Helios the Lucky Drunk” can be found before you reach Megaris, and he’s a level nine. The best tactic I found for achieving this trophy without dying is to upgrade your ship to the best of your ability and then ram the side for maximum damage.

Question: Are there missable trophies in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey?

Answer: Yes, there is a missable trophy known as Aphrodite’s Embrace, where if you neglect to sleep with a character, you will miss this trophy. There are countless opportunities to earn it, and it doesn’t require any skill to unlock.

Question: Is it worth it to unlock all Trophies In Assassin’s Creed Odyssey?

Answer: Odyssey is a gratifying Assassin’s Creed game with fast-paced, aggressive combat that makes it hard to put down. If you decide to go for Platinum, it will enhance your experience with more knowledge, challenges, and story developments. Some games beckon you to complete them, and I couldn’t ignore Odyssey. It is such a solid game you won’t feel like you’re working for trophies. Instead, you will have fun unlocking them.

Question: How many specific types of trophies are in Odyssey?

Answer: There is One Platinum, two Gold, ten silver, and thirty-eight bronze. Note there are other DLC Achievements you can unlock once the base game is completed.
